One of the world's largest public transport organisations has used TopDecile
to assure the integrity of key management information and explore how data
mining techniques could be applied to give new insights to the business.
Delivery:
TopDecile implemented and documented several data marts in the areas of
Marketing/CRM, Transport Planning, Fraud Detection, Service Performance and
Finance. We also carried out the piloting of data mining analysis in some of
these areas and have made recommendations on the steps necessary to achieve
production use of data mining application. |
